Riley Keough is the new face of Chanel

The luxury French fashion house introduced the actress and model as its newest representative

Best known as the daughter of the late Lise Marie Presley and Elvis Presley’s only grandchild, she joins a roster of familiar faces including Margot Robbie, Lily-Rose Depp, and Penelope Cruz.

The Daisy Jones and The Six star will represent the brand at upcoming public events and advertising campaigns for the SS24 season, working closely alongside creative director Virginie Viard.

It’s no secret Keough is a devoted Chanel enthusiast, donning the house’s couture on multiple red carpets, from the Golden Globes to routinely visiting Chanel’s events.

Kristen Stewart, a recognisable face of the brand, stated, “She’s the best in everything she’s done” to Vanity Fair. As a new partner for the brand, it’s clear from her contemporaries that we can expect big things.

The pairing has been on the horizon for a while now – Keough was seen most recently at runway presentations including the ’24 Resort show in Los Angeles and the AW23 Haute Couture runway along the banks of the Seine.

Journalist and fashion student Hansveni Dave noted, “Although I love her acting, she does appear to be another one of the nepotism babies on Chanel’s roster, among Lily-Rose Depp and Kiera Knightley. However, there is the argument that she is an actress trying to break from that path and not be the product of her parents.”

With awards season just around the corner and the 2024 Met Gala brewing in the near future, we look forward to seeing Riley Keough embrace Chanel in all its glory for the red carpet.
